Okay, so I fibbed a little with this link... there isn't a forum up yet, but I'm working on it.  No, really!  This is just a placeholder, since I figure it'll take some time for traffic to ramp up sufficiently to justify the time and effort it'll take away from my writing to implement one.  I plan to make it myself from scratch in Java since, A) I know Java, and B) I don't want to rely on anybody else's little pet web project that they'll likely abandon at some point, leaving me to fend for myself anyway.  Time will tell if it's a decision I end up regretting.
